Potato, peeled and cut 100 g
Glucose 10 g
Agar (if needed) 15 g
Distilled water 1000 ml
pH 5.4 - 5.6
Boil potato for 20 min. Strain through a fine sieve. Add glucose and agar, and boil until dissolved. Do not use new potatoes.
