Risk Group is classified according to Thai legislation. The customers are advised to observe their national legislations for Risk Group classification and required laboratory containment level.
Potato, peeled and cut 200 g
Glucose 20 g
Agar (if needed) 15 g
Distilled water 1000 ml
pH 5.4 - 5.6
Boil potato for 20 min. Strain through a fine sieve. Add glucose and agar, and boil until dissolved. Do not use new potatoes.
