1. The training participant is required to submit a service form to TBRC. After TBRC approves the request, TBRC will contact the training
  1. participant to arrange training dates.

2. Responsibilities of the training participant
2.1.
  1. The training participant must be steadfast and well cooperative throughout the training period. The training participant shall strictly comply with any rules, disciplines or regulations of NSTDA, and supervisor’s order during the training period.
2.2.
  1. The training participant agrees to access to the training facility of NSTDA only as permitted by the supervisor and/or NSTDA. The training participant shall not remove any equipments, tools, apparatus and biological resources from the NSTDA's premises without NSTDA's written consent and shall be responsible due care in use of NSTDA's facilities and properties. In the case should the damage is caused by the training participant, the training participant shall be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any equipments, tools, apparatus and biological resources.
2.3.
  1. The training participant agrees to strictly keep all confidential information belonging to NSTDA or third party which NSTDA is bound to keep such confidential information and agrees to use appropriate measures to secure such confidential information of NSTDA or third party (as the case may be).
2.4.
  1. Any originality, developments, a result of the training and inventions, whether protectable under intellectual property law or not, derived from the performance of the training participant's regular duties are the proprietary and intellectual property of NSTDA. The training participant agrees to disclose such originality, developments and inventions to NSTDA. In the event that NSTDA considers that such originality, developments and inventions are patentable, copyrightable, or protectable under other legal protections, the training participant agrees to fully cooperate in the prosecution of such matters. The training participant agrees to assign all of his/her rights in such matters to NSTDA, without further payment to the training participant by NSTDA.
2.5.
  1. The training participant agrees to strictly keep all confidential information belonging to NSTDA or third party which NSTDA is bound to keep such confidential information and agrees to use appropriate measures to secure such confidential information of NSTDA or third party (as the case may be).
2.6.
  1. The training participant shall responsible for any other related jobs assigned by the supervisor.
2.7.
  1. The training participant is responsible for his/her personal expenses, for example, transportation, accommodation, and health insurance.

3. Termination of the training
  1. During the training, should TBRC considers the training participant unsuitable for the training, TBRC retains the right to terminate the training with written notice to the training participant and his/her instituti

4. Consequences after the termination of the training
  1. Article 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 shall survive the termination of the training.

5. Training fee
5.1.
  1. Training fee is indicated on the TBRC website.
5.2.
  1. The training participant shall make payment as indicated in the invoice. The bank fee shall be paid by the depositor.
5.3.
  1. TBRC shall reserve the right to give no refund.
